• All visitors are required to show valid id proof prior to entering the aquarium.
• Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
• Lost, damaged and / or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
• Tickets are not required for infants below 2 years of age. Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo are open 365 days a year, with opening times of 10am to 10pm on Sunday to Wednesday and 10am to 12am on Thursday to Saturday.
• Visitors arriving by car can make use of the dubai mall's sizeable parking facilities.
• Guests are required to carry a printed copy of the ticket which needs to be presented at the entrance to gain the entry.
