Non-prime hours ticket is valid from 9 am to 2:30 pm and from 7:30 pm until closing.

Children below 4 years of age can enter without a ticket, accompanied by a paying adult.

The confirmations can be exchanged for tickets at the Burj Khalifa counter only 1 hour prior to your booked timeslot.

Visitors are required to carry a printed copy of the ticket which needs to be presented at the entrance to gain the entry.

Bring your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.
